A Stanwood man who was alleged to have shot and killed a Morley man back in October near the Moe-Z-Inn has agreed to a plea deal before his scheduled trial.
49-year old Randall Robert Jensen pleaded 'No Contest' to three felonies charges Tuesday, according to court records.
Jensen pleaded no contest to second-degree murder and one count of felony firearms, for possessing a pistol while committing a felony. According to the plea agreement, the open murder charge, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and three counts of felony firearms will be dismissed.
Jensen had been charged with several charges, including open murder, stemming from the Oct. 20, 2018, shooting death of 47-year-old John Mast.
Jensen faces up to life in prison when he's sentenced in May.
